What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. At this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Is there sales tax on my order?
No, we are located in Oregon where there is no sales tax. :)

Is it safe to order online with a credit card?
When you use your credit card at Monkeys Gone Ape, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology through Paypal. We do not see or store your credit card information. If you prefer not to send your card information online, please feel free to call us at 1-877-444-4234, 9 AM to 5 PM PST Monday - Friday.

What is your privacy policy?
MonkeysGoneApe.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent or share this information to any other party. We do use OP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may on occasion contact you by email to advise you of new merchandise or specials. If you do not want to receive emails, please follow the delete link in the email when it arrives.

What are your shipping methods and costs?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our facility in Oregon, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days using UPS ground services or the U.S Postal Service. Delivery time may be delayed during busy holiday periods. We also offer UPS Second Day Air Service, which will go out the day after we receive the order and arrive two days after the ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address, if possible. If you don't have one, we can arrange to send your order via the U.S. Postal Service.
We offer service to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. (There are some remote destinations that do not have this service.) At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

What if my item is not available?
On rare occasions the item may be out of stock after your purchase is made. If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and will let you know when we expect the item to be available. You will then have the option to keep the order active to ship as soon as the product arrives, or to cancel the order for a full refund.

9 AM to 5 PM PST Monday - Friday and let us know what you would like to change or cancel. Please do this as soon as possible after you place your order.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you receive from Monkeys Gone Ape. If you want to exchange or return an item for any reason, please advise us by email of the problem within 5 days of receipt to have the return authorized. We will issue you a return authorization number. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new condition with all tags intact. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the wrong item was shipped. Items should be returned with a copy of the original invoice and authorization number and packaged properly to avoid breakage. Items returned not in new condition or broken will not be refunded. When you return merchandise, we suggest it be sent to US Postal Service or UPS.
